2 bunches of curly Kale
1 cups of cashews
1 Tablespoon of Tahini
1 red capsicum (you could use yellow or orange instead if you like)

1 clove of garlic
the juice of 1 - 2 lemons
pinch of salt

Mix
up all the cashews, tahini, capsicum, garlic and lemon juice in a
blender. Then remove the kale leaves from the stems and pour mixture
onto kale.. give it a good massage and place on dehydrator over night !
And Whallaaa you have yummy Kale chips which I bet wont even make it to
the bowl they are that yummy!
