It is already May! and how time is flying! so to catch up for the last few months! I am going to post some post with information I have found, our raw adventures ( we went to Tasmania on a two week van adventure! and what has been happening in the world of Raw Food!
One of the biggest growth periods of our lives has been my belly! With this little bub now six months and we have three months to go! My eating has become high in Raw again - thanks to my 100% raw partner in life - Hamish ! But a lot of learning on the live food diet has also been happening through Gabriel Cousens and his teachings - posts to come!
Anyway we are back on board! and look forward to recieving your emails and advice and us posting the latest information we find our our adventures!

Were expecting!!!
Thats right! a little baby is growing fast as I ( sarah) presently types this! Its all very exciting and I am just over three months pregnant!
But it hasn't been such an easy ride for me for the past three months! I was 100% Raw and my body decided to take over! At first I didn't know what was happening! The yummy salad which I enjoyed every day was starting to make me want to throw up and all I could think about was some carbohydrates!
So the journey starts! Im currently not 100% raw but hope and have been encouraged by many raw mums that my appetite for for Raw Food will return once this little joy is born! Meanwhile I still salivate over my green smoothies and delicious Fruit and I am trying to do the best which I can given this is my first pregnancy!

2nd Febuary 2011
So since my last posting.. Ive been feeling a lot better and have been finding lots of information on Raw food websites! Although I havent been raw Ive still been enjoying lots of fruits in my diet.. and now into my second trimester Ive been able to get some salad down into my system without feeling sick just looking at greens! Another thing I can still get into my system is Green Smoothies! Its definatley been a huge transition for me having been 100% raw and committed to my Raw Lifestyle to eating some carbohdrate foods and making sure that I dont feel too guilty about it.. also knowing that other women ( raw) have been in the same situation I find myself in.. they all guaranteed me that once bubs is born you start to crave salads and vegies again! Im excited about that day!
So I have decided to keep the raw baby page dedicated to the links and websites and information I find on being a raw women going through pregnancy and also for when baby is born! So I hope if you are also a raw woman going through pregnancy and you find a few secret tips that you can share these with me and I can in turn share the information and experiences that I find myself in!
In saying all this! The biggest advice I have had thus far from a fellow raw mum, is to make sure you dont get caught up in raw idenitiy.. that is there are no Raw Police that are going to knock on your door! trust yourself and do the best you can with what you and your body can do!
